Refund Policy
Returns:
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but we understand the unique nature of online shopping, where it's difficult to determine if an item is right for you until you have it in your hands and experience it yourself. You may return your order for any reason within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Please email jovon@glimblock.com to obtain a return authorization.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Additionally, you must find a logistics company to handle the return of the products. When we receive the item you are returning, we only refund the amount you paid for the item you purchased. Again, we do not refund any shipping costs that may have been applied at the time of purchase or any amounts paid for the return shipping.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation about processing the refund. Please keep in mind that based on how the product was purchased, your refund can take anywhere from 2-7 business days depending on the bank or credit card company. We will refund the cost of the product to your original payment method, less any shipping and handling charges you paid. Shipping and handling charges, if any, are non-refundable. Please contact us if you are having any issues seeing your refund being returned to your account.
We Do Not Accept Returns for the Following:
Any product that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any product that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Custom products cannot be returned for a refund, unless defective.
We will not assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or mishandled packages. You must file a claim with the carrier.
What if I received damaged or incorrect merchandise?
In the event that you receive defective, incorrect or incomplete merchandise, please contact us right away so we can make it right. For faster assistance with a return or exchange claim, please email us at jovon@glimblock.com with your order number, contact information and photos documenting possible damages (if applicable). Please retain all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved. If your replacement item is backordered or out of stock, we'll notify you as soon as we have the estimated arrival date, or we may work with you to suggest a suitable replacement.
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges due to limited stock. After receiving your refund, you may make a new purchase at our store if you wish.
